When you write to us through the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, the nature of your enquiry and any message you choose to include. We do not ask for, and do not want, financial or identity documents through this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange viewings you request and to keep a record of our correspondence. We never sell your information and never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation remains active and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to private@example.com and a partner will respond within thirty days.
